This TAJT106K010H is a 10 µF, 10 V rated tantalum capacitor in a molded 1411 (3528 Metric) package. Tolerance is ±10%, so the actual capacitance on a given part lands between 9 µF and 11 µF. That’s tight enough for most decoupling and timing circuits, but if you’re using it in a filter pole, check the corner frequency shift at the extremes.
Temperature range and ESR — the bench reality
The 3 Ohm ESR is on the higher side for a 10 µF tantalum. At 125°C and rated voltage, the ripple current rating will be limited — if you’re using it on a switching regulator output, check the I²R heating against the datasheet power dissipation curve. For general decoupling, it’s fine.
TAJT106K010H carries an active product status from KYOCERA AVX.
