The TAJS224K035RNJ is a molded tantalum capacitor from KYOCERA AVX's TAJ series, rated at 0.22 µF with a ±10% tolerance and a 35 V DC voltage rating. The 18 Ohm ESR governs ripple current capability — in a 35 V rail decoupling application, that ESR limits self-heating but makes the part better suited for bulk decoupling than for high-frequency bypass.
