The TAJR154K020RNJ: This is a KYOCERA AVX TAJ series molded tantalum capacitor, 0.15 µF ±10% tolerance, rated at 20 V. The 0805 case (2.05 mm x 1.30 mm footprint) is a common size for compact PCB layouts in power rail decoupling and signal filtering. The 25 Ohm ESR is typical for this capacitance and voltage rating in a small case — it limits the ripple current the capacitor can handle without self-heating. For a 20 V rail, derate by 50% (10 V) for reliable operation, standard practice for solid tantalum capacitors.
