The TAJR105M020RNJ is a 1 µF ±20% molded tantalum capacitor from the KYOCERA AVX TAJ series, rated at 20 V with a 20 Ohm ESR. The 20 Ohm ESR at 20 V sets the ripple current ceiling and the self-heating under AC load — for a 1 µF part in a 3.3 V rail filter, the impedance at 1 MHz is dominated by the ESR, not the capacitive reactance.
