1 µF, 25 V, 0805 — the decoupling slot it fills
The 11 Ohm ESR is the number that matters for ripple filtering: at 100 kHz, the impedance is dominated by that ESR, not the capacitive reactance, so the voltage ripple across the part is I_ripple × 11 Ohm. Keep the ripple current below the thermal limit for the 0805 case — the datasheet derating curve is your guide. The molded case (0805, 2.05 mm × 1.35 mm footprint) sits flat on the pad — no can, no lead frame. Reflow profile follows standard JEDEC for tantalum; the part's thermal mass is low, so it reaches peak temperature quickly.
No derating needed across that range for the voltage — just watch the ripple current at the hot end.
