Lifetime is specified as 2000 hours at 125°C with rated voltage applied. In practice, operating at 80% of rated voltage (8 V) and at 85°C ambient will extend useful life well beyond the datasheet minimum — a common derating practice for tantalum capacitors in long-life equipment.
