The TAJE227K006H is a molded tantalum capacitor from the KYOCERA AVX TAJ series, rated 220 µF at 6.3 V with ±10% tolerance.
The 125°C upper limit matches the hot-end of the TAJ series derating curve; at 125°C the applied voltage should be derated to 2/3 of rated voltage per standard tantalum practice.
ESR and ripple current fit
400 mOhm ESR at 100 kHz is a mid-range value for a 220 µF tantalum in the E case (7.30 mm × 4.30 mm footprint). It limits the ripple current rating to roughly 1.1 A RMS at 25°C — sufficient for a typical POL regulator output filter, but not for a high-ripple switching converter input. The ESR also sets the output ripple voltage: at 100 kHz, a 1 A ripple current produces 400 mV pk-pk across the capacitor.
