The TAJD685K035HNJ is a molded tantalum capacitor from the TAJ series, rated 6.8 µF at 35 V with ±10% tolerance. The 35 V rating provides headroom on a 24 V rail; a 12 V rail sees nearly 3× margin, which is comfortable for tantalum's voltage-derating rule of thumb (50% of rated voltage for best reliability).
