The TAJD476M006RNJ is a molded tantalum capacitor from the KYOCERA AVX TAJ series, rated 47 µF at 6.3 V with ±20% tolerance. Molded construction means the part is encapsulated in a solid epoxy body—no can, no fill port. That makes it more resistant to mechanical shock and moisture ingress than a dipped tantalum, but it also means the polarity marking is a painted band, not a molded notch. Double-check orientation before reflow; a reversed tantalum vents hard.
