2917 (7343 Metric) body, 7.30 mm × 4.30 mm, seated height 3.10 mm max. The D case is the largest standard TAJ size; the larger anode area lowers ESR compared to the C or B case at the same capacitance. Standard reflow profile per J-STD-020 — no special bake required if the reel seal is intact.
