The TAJD336M025S is a 33 µF, 25 V molded tantalum capacitor from the TAJ series, housed in the standard 2917 (7343 Metric) case size (0.287" x 0.169" footprint, 0.122" seated height). With a ±20% tolerance and 900 mOhm ESR, this part is a general-purpose bulk capacitor for decoupling, filtering, or hold-up on rails up to 25 V.
