Molded tantalum — 22 µF, 16 V, D-case
Full military-temperature range
In practice, that means it can sit on an avionics power rail cycling from cold-soak to full-load heat, or in an engine-bay ECU where ambient hits 105°C and the capacitor sees additional self-heating from ripple current. The 125°C upper limit includes the capacitor's own temperature rise — derate voltage above 85°C per the standard tantalum guidelines.
Surface-mount D-case footprint
The 2917 (7343 Metric) case measures 7.30 mm x 4.30 mm with a seated height of 3.10 mm max. The ±10% tolerance covers the full temperature range, so capacitance at -55°C will be at the low end of the band — budget this in timing or filter cutoff calculations.
