D case 2917 — footprint and layout
The D case (2917 / 7343 metric) measures 7.30 mm x 4.30 mm with a seated height of 3.10 mm max. The molded rectangular body reflows with standard lead-free profiles; the anode (+) band is marked on the top face. The 0.50 mm pitch between the termination pads is wide enough for two-layer breakout without via-in-pad.
