The TAJD107M010SNJ: This is a molded tantalum capacitor from the TAJ series, 100 µF ±20% at 10 V, in the 2917 (7343 Metric) D-case. The 900 mOhm ESR at 100 kHz sets the ripple current ceiling in a DC-DC output filter — at 10 V you get about 1.1 A ripple current before self-heating cuts into the 2000-hour life at 125°C.
