The D case code is a standard tantalum outline; the pad layout follows the manufacturer's recommended land pattern in the TAJ series datasheet. Reflow soldering profile is compatible with lead-free solder per the AEC-Q200 qualification. In an automotive ECU that sees 105°C on a hot day, the 125°C ceiling gives 20°C margin — the derating curve for applied voltage versus temperature should be consulted for continuous operation near the upper limit.
