The TAJD106K025RNJ is a 10 µF molded tantalum capacitor rated at 25 V DC, housed in the standard 2917 (7343 Metric) chip package. The ±10% tolerance keeps the capacitance within tight bounds for filter time constants or decoupling on a 12 V or 5 V supply rail, where the 25 V rating provides a comfortable 2× to 5× derating margin.
ESR and temperature range
