Molded tantalum, 33 µF, 20 V — what it fits
The 1.5 Ohm ESR sets the ripple-current ceiling — for a given AC ripple, the self-heating is I² × ESR, so keep the RMS current below what raises the internal temperature past the 125°C max. It reflows with the same profile as other molded tantalums in the same package — no special handling beyond the usual moisture sensitivity level for tantalum chips.

The product status is Active. Availability is confirmed at RFQ against the BOM quantity.
This part works in avionics black boxes that cold-soak at altitude, downhole logging tools that see 125°C, and outdoor telecom cabinets that bake in the sun. The 20 V rating gives 33% derating on a 15 V rail, which is standard practice for tantalum reliability.
