3.3 µF, 35 V — the BOM-fit numbers
The TAJC335K035RNJ: This is a 3.3 µF tantalum capacitor rated at 35 V with ±10% tolerance. The 35 V rating gives 1.5× derating margin on a 24 V rail, which is the rule of thumb for tantalum reliability — run them below two-thirds of rated voltage to avoid inrush failures. The 2.5 Ohm ESR is on the higher side for a 2312 case size. In a power-supply output filter, that ESR sets the ripple voltage and the self-heating; for a decoupling role on a logic rail, the ESR is less critical than the capacitance value.
2312 (6032 Metric) SMD case, size code C. The 6.00 mm × 3.20 mm footprint with 2.80 mm seated height is a standard tantalum outline — the same land pattern as other C-case tantalums, so a board already laid out for a 2312 tantalum accepts this part without a spin.
