AEC-Q200 qualified molded tantalum for automotive power conditioning
Rated at 220 µF and 6.3 V with a 1.2 Ω ESR, it serves as bulk decoupling on 3.3 V or 5 V rails that see cold-crank dips or high-ripple current from a switching regulator. The 2000-hour endurance at 125°C means the capacitor's lifetime is not the limiting element in a 15-year vehicle program — the electrolytic or film cap on the same rail will age out first.

Package and footprint — 2312 (6032 Metric) Case C
The 6.00 mm × 3.20 mm footprint with a seated height of 2.80 mm fits standard reflow profiles and matches the land pattern for similar Case C tantalum caps. No via-in-pad or special paste mask required — a standard FR-4 two-layer board handles the thermal and mechanical load.
