The TAJC226K025RNJV: This is a 22 µF tantalum capacitor rated at 25 V — the two numbers that decide whether it holds up on your supply rail. If your rail runs at 12 V, that's a solid 48 % derating; at 5 V you have plenty of headroom. Tantalums don't like voltage transients above the rating, so keep the derating rule of thumb in mind: 20 % minimum for any linear rail.
