22 µF at 25 V in a standard C-case footprint
The C-case (6032 metric, 6.00 mm x 3.20 mm) is a widely used footprint for bulk decoupling on 3.3 V or 5 V rails, where 22 µF provides enough charge storage to suppress transient dips during load steps.
The molded construction and the TAJ series' general-purpose rating mean it is not a special high-reliability screening grade, but the temperature range alone opens deployment in sealed enclosures exposed to extreme thermal cycling.
