The TAJC106M016H: This is a 10 µF, 16 V molded tantalum capacitor in the TAJ series from KYOCERA AVX. The 16 V rating gives headroom on a 12 V rail or a 5 V bus – you can run it at 80 % derating without sweating the surge. The 2 Ohm ESR is moderate; it will handle a few hundred mA of ripple current in a buck output filter, but don't expect it to swallow the full inductor ripple of a 3 A converter without self-heating.
