The TAJB685M016RNJ: This is a 6.8 µF tantalum rated at 16 V with a 2.5 Ohm ESR. The 2.5 Ohm ESR limits ripple current to about 1 A RMS at 100 kHz; above that the self-heating cuts into the 125 °C ceiling.
The molded case and B-size footprint (3.50 mm x 2.80 mm) reflow without special profile tweaks — standard 260 °C peak, MSL 3 bake if the shelf seal is broken.
