This TAJB685K025HNJ is a 6.8 µF tantalum capacitor rated at 25 V, with ±10% tolerance. That voltage rating gives headroom for a 12 V or 15 V rail; for a 24 V rail you'd want a higher voltage part.
It handles cold-start engine bay conditions and hot reflow profiles without derating concerns.
