Molded tantalum construction and temperature range
Capacitance, voltage, and ESR for BOM fit
Rated 0.47 µF at 50 V with ±20% tolerance — this is a standard decoupling or filter value for 48 V telecom rails or 24 V industrial buses where the margin above the rail voltage matters. The 9.5 Ohm ESR at 100 kHz sets the ripple current ceiling; for a 50 V rail with 100 mA ripple, the self-heating stays under 0.1°C, well within the molded package's dissipation limit.
Package footprint and board assembly
Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR), compatible with automated pick-and-place. The 1411 (3528 Metric) case — 3.50 mm x 2.80 mm footprint, 2.10 mm seated height — fits standard 8 mm reel pitch. No exposed paddle; the molded body requires standard reflow profile per J-STD-020 for the B case size.
