The B-size code corresponds to the 1411 (3528 Metric) / 1210 footprint — 3.50 mm x 2.80 mm, seated height 2.10 mm max. That 1.1 Ohm ESR sets the ripple-current ceiling: for a given ripple, the I²R self-heating is fixed, so a lower-ESR replacement would run cooler in the same spot.
The molded case is general-purpose, not hermetically sealed, so conformal coating is advisable in condensing environments.
