Like all tantalum electrolytics, this part is polarized — correct orientation on the PCB is mandatory; reverse voltage damages the dielectric and can cause catastrophic failure. The series designation (*) identifies the dielectric and case size; confirm the capacitance and voltage rating from the spec table before committing the BOM line.
