Molded tantalum, B case, 10 µF at 16 V
The TAJB106K016YNJ: This is a molded tantalum capacitor from the TAJ series, 10 µF ±10% with a 16 V rating and 2.8 Ohm ESR. The B case size (1411 / 3528 Metric) is a common footprint for general-purpose decoupling on 5 V or 12 V rails, where the 16 V rating gives about 20% derating margin on a 12 V rail — standard practice to keep the tantalum from igniting on a surge.

ESR and ripple current reality
The 2.8 Ohm ESR is typical for a standard tantalum in this case size — it limits the ripple current to about 200 mA RMS before self-heating becomes a concern. If your rail has high-frequency ripple from a switching regulator, a low-ESR polymer or a higher-voltage tantalum with lower ESR would be a better fit. For bulk decoupling on a linear rail or a low-ripple bus, this part works fine.
