The TAJA336K004RNJ is a molded tantalum capacitor from the TAJ series, rated 33 µF at 4 V with ±10% tolerance and 3 Ohm ESR. The 1206 case (3.20 mm × 1.60 mm footprint) fits a standard low-profile decoupling slot on a 3.3 V or 1.8 V supply rail where the 4 V rating provides headroom against ripple.
