The TAJA334K050HNJ is a 0.33 µF molded tantalum capacitor in the TAJ series from KYOCERA AVX, rated at 50 V with ±10% tolerance. Housed in a 1206 (3216 Metric) surface-mount package, it measures 3.20 mm x 1.60 mm with a seated height of 1.80 mm max. The 17 Ohm ESR at 100 kHz is the key loss parameter — for a 0.33 µF part at 50 V, it limits the ripple current to a few hundred mA before self-heating becomes the constraint.
