The TAJA226M010TNJ: Molded tantalum capacitor, 22 µF capacitance with a 10 V rated voltage and ±20% tolerance. Rated lifetime is 2000 hours at 125 °C, with an ESR of 3 ohm at 100 kHz. That ESR matters for ripple-current handling in a switching regulator output — higher ESR means more self-heating, so budget the ripple current against the 125 °C endurance.
AEC-Q200 – automotive-graded for under-hood or cabin
AEC-Q200 qualified — this is the automotive passive-component stress test (temperature cycling, moisture resistance, mechanical shock). It means the part is released for PPAP submission and fits automotive ECU, ADAS sensor, or infotainment boards where the customer demands AEC-grade BOM lines. The 125 °C ceiling matches the hottest engine-bay soak temperature on a summer day.
