Temperature range and endurance
Endurance is 2000 hours at 125°C — the capacitor is designed to survive sustained high-temperature operation without parametric drift beyond the datasheet limits.
ESR and ripple current fit
Maximum ESR is 3 Ohm at 100 kHz. For a switching regulator output filter, the ESR contributes to output ripple voltage; a lower-ESR polymer or MLCC alternative would be a better fit if the ripple spec is tight.
Molded 1206 (3216 Metric) case, size code A. Dimensions are 3.20 mm x 1.60 mm with a seated height of 1.80 mm max. The molded construction provides mechanical robustness and a flat top for pick-and-place handling. Standard 1206 land pattern applies; no via-in-pad required.
