This TAJA225M016H is a 2.2 µF molded tantalum chip rated at 16 V, with ±20% tolerance. The 16 V rating gives a 1.6× derating margin on a 10 V rail — enough to stay inside the safe operating area for a tantalum capacitor, where applied voltage should stay below 80% of rated voltage to avoid surge failures.
