ESR is 6.5 Ohm at 100 kHz — the dominant loss term at switching frequencies typical of DC-DC converters; the ripple current capability is set by this ESR and the 125 °C temperature limit.
Operating from -55 to 125 °C, the part supports avionics, downhole instrumentation, satellite payloads, and outdoor telecom where the board sees extreme cold or sustained heat.
