The TAJA224M035R is a 0.22 µF molded tantalum capacitor rated at 35 V, housed in a standard 1206 (3216 Metric) surface-mount package. The ±20% tolerance is typical for general-purpose tantalum parts; the 18 Ohm ESR is on the higher side for this capacitance, which means the cap will self-heat more under ripple current than a low-ESR polymer would.
