The TAJA106K006HNJ: This is a KYOCERA AVX TAJ-series molded tantalum capacitor, 10 µF ±10% tolerance, rated at 6.3 V DC. The 1206 (3216 metric) case is a common footprint for bulk decoupling on 3.3 V or 1.8 V rails, where the 6.3 V rating gives headroom above the rail without over-speccing the voltage class.

4 Ohm ESR — what it means for ripple and self-heating
ESR is specified at 4 Ohm typical at 100 kHz. In a switching-regulator output filter, that ESR sets the ripple voltage and the internal self-heating. For a 10 µF cap at a few hundred mA ripple, the I²R loss is modest, but the 4 Ohm value means this part is better suited for bulk decoupling than for high-ripple output stages where a lower-ESR polymer would run cooler.
