The TAJA105M025H is a Molded tantalum capacitor from the TAJ series, offering 1 µF capacitance at 25 V rated voltage in a standard 1206 (3216 Metric) case. With an 8 Ohm ESR and ±20% tolerance, this part is suited for general-purpose decoupling and filtering on 25 V or lower rails where moderate ripple current is acceptable.
