The EP4CE30F23I7 is an Intel Cyclone® IV E FPGA with 28848 logic elements arranged across 1803 LABs/CLBs, each containing 16 logic elements. The 328 user I/O pins are distributed around the 484-BGA package, giving a high pin-to-logic ratio for medium-density glue logic or sensor fusion designs. On-chip block RAM totals 608256 bits, enough for small FIFO buffers, coefficient tables, or distributed dual-port memory without external SRAM.
