Active production – no obsolescence concern
The TLV49611TBXALA1: For a BOM line that needs a reliable supply, this part does not carry a sunset risk.
Magnetic thresholds and temperature compensation
This is a south-pole-activated latch with a 3.5 mT operate point and -3.5 mT release point at 25°C. The temperature-compensated design keeps those thresholds stable across the -40°C to 125°C ambient range, which matters when the sensor sits near a motor winding or exhaust manifold where the error budget for magnetic switching is tight.
Supply rail and output drive
Rated for a 3 V supply — this is a fixed-voltage Hall latch, not a wide-range device. The open-drain output sinks up to 25 mA and needs a pull-up resistor to the logic rail. Switching current is 2.5 mA typical, so the total load on the 3 V regulator is modest.
Package and mounting
Supplied in a TO92 through-hole package, available on cut tape or tape-and-box. The three-lead TO92 is a standard footprint — no fine-pitch soldering, easy to hand-assemble or wave-solder. The through-hole format suits retrofit or board rework where a surface-mount sensor would need a different pad layout.
