OPTIREG™ LDO for automotive power rails
The Infineon TLS208D1EJV33XUMA1 is a single-output, fixed 3.3 V LDO voltage regulator from the OPTIREG™ family, rated for automotive environments with AEC-Q100 qualification. It delivers up to 800 mA with a maximum dropout of 1 V at full load. The exposed-pad SOIC-8 package (PG-DSO-8) aids thermal dissipation in the -40 °C to 150 °C junction temperature range.
Protection and quiescent current
Built-in over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection cover the common fault cases in an automotive module.
