Housed in the PG-TO220-3-111 Full Pack (TO-220-3), the part has a fully isolated tab — no insulating pad or washer needed between the backside and the heatsink. The through-hole mounting suits point-to-point wiring or PCB layouts where the designer wants mechanical retention before soldering. Junction temperature range spans -55 to 150 °C, covering both military/aerospace cold-soak and industrial hot environments.
