Automotive-grade small-signal switch in SOT-23
The SN7002NH6327XTSA2: It is qualified to AEC-Q101, making it a fit for automotive electronic control units, sensor interfaces, relay and solenoid drivers, and other board-net loads where a small-signal switch is needed.
On-resistance and drive voltage
Maximum on-resistance is 5 Ohm at a gate drive of 10 V and 500 mA drain current. The part is specified for drive voltages of 4.5 V and 10 V, so it can be driven directly from a 5 V logic output or a 10 V gate-drive rail. The 1.5 nC typical gate charge at 10 V keeps switching losses low in PWM applications up to a few tens of kilohertz.
Temperature range and thermal budget
Maximum power dissipation is 360 mW at 25°C ambient in the SOT-23 package; derate above 25°C per the datasheet curve. The 45 pF typical input capacitance at 25 V drain-source means the gate driver sees a light capacitive load, simplifying drive circuit design.
Package and mounting
Supplied in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package (TO-236 / SC-59 equivalent), supplier device package PG-SOT23. The 1.5 nC gate charge and 45 pF input capacitance make it compatible with standard low-current gate drive circuits.
