The Infineon S70FS01GSAGBHM213 is a 1 Gbit NOR Flash memory from the Automotive FS-S series, organized as 128M x 8 bits. It communicates over a Quad SPI interface at up to 133 MHz, giving the system a fast read channel for execute-in-place code or high-speed data logging. The 1.7 V to 2 V supply range suits modern low-voltage automotive SoCs and MCUs. AEC-Q100 qualification and a -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range make it a fit for under-hood and chassis-domain ECUs where temperature extremes and reliability are the norm.
