It clocks at 166 MHz and delivers a 96 ns initial access time, optimized for execute-in-place (XIP) boot and real-time code execution in automotive ECUs, ADAS, and infotainment domains. Packaged in a 24-FBGA (6x8 mm), it uses a parallel interface organized as 64M x 8 bits.
The 166 MHz clock rate governs the synchronous burst read throughput — critical for feeding a high-speed MCU or SoC without wait-state penalties. The 96 ns random access time sets the initial latency for the first word after a new address; subsequent words in the burst arrive at the clock rate.
