128 Mbit NOR Flash with Quad-SPI at 133 MHz — bus margin for XIP
It uses a SPI interface with Quad I/O and QPI support, clocked at 133 MHz.
Supply rail and temperature — what fits
The supply is 1.7 V to 2.0 V — a 1.8 V ±10% rail is the natural home. If your board already runs a 3.3 V SPI bus, you'll need a level shifter or a different part from the FL-S series (which runs at 2.7 V to 3.6 V).
Housed in an 8-WDFN exposed-pad package, supplier device package 8-WSON (5x6 mm). Surface-mount only.
ROHS3 compliant per. No official second source is recorded in the ledger, but the FL-S series sibling S25FL128SAGNFI011 is a pin-compatible 128 Mbit part that runs on a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply — a drop-in if you can tolerate the higher voltage rail.
