Organised as 16 M x 8 bits, the 128 Mbit density holds a full AUTOSAR stack, multiple boot images, or a Linux kernel for an infotainment co-processor. The Quad-SPI interface at 133 MHz delivers the read bandwidth needed for execute-in-place (XIP) from external flash, reducing the required internal SRAM on the host MCU.
