128 Mbit NOR flash with 133 MHz Quad SPI
The S25FL128LAGMFV013 is a 128 Mbit (16M x 8) NOR flash from Infineon's FL-L series, organized as a single 16M x 8 memory array. It communicates over a SPI bus supporting Quad I/O and QPI protocols at up to 133 MHz — the quad-lane read mode delivers the throughput needed for XiP (eXecute-in-Place) firmware execution without a separate RAM shadow.
Housed in an 8-SOIC wide-body package (0.209-inch body width, 5.30 mm), the footprint is the standard JEDEC SOIC-8W land pattern. The Tape & Reel (TR) and Cut Tape (CT) options cover both reel-fed assembly and prototype quantities.
