Automotive NOR Flash for code shadowing and data logging
It stores firmware and calibration data in engine control units, transmission controllers, and ADAS modules where the -40 to 125 °C temperature range covers under-hood thermal cycling. The 108 MHz Quad SPI interface (Quad I/O and QPI modes) lets the host MCU read code at high throughput for shadowing to RAM or fast boot sequences.
The 108 MHz clock rate on the Quad SPI interface supports Quad I/O mode for high read throughput.
