Motor commutation controller for appliance drives — NRND status
The Infineon IRMCK311TY is a commutation and direction management controller from the MCE™ series, designed for AC synchronous motors in appliance applications. It integrates a pre-driver output stage configured as six half-bridge outputs, capable of driving Power MOSFET or IGBT power stages.
