The Infineon IRMCK099M is a motor controller from the iMOTION series, purpose-built for commutation and direction management of AC synchronous motors in appliance applications. It integrates a pre-driver configured as three half-bridge outputs, so it directly drives the high- and low-side gates of an external power stage — no separate gate driver IC needed between this controller and the MOSFETs or IGBTs. Communication with a host microcontroller runs over I²C or RS-232, giving flexibility for either a simple two-wire serial link or a longer-range UART connection. The supply rail is tight — 3V to 3.6V — so the board needs a regulated 3.3V rail, not a wide-input LDO.
Housed in a 32-WFQFN with an exposed pad, this part is surface-mount only.
